The Director, Strategic Accounts will be a dynamic partnership building business development expert with cross-functional program and project management responsibility.  This role is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of building Verana’s business network, owning the account management strategy. Responsibilities

Director, Sales Operations (San Francisco)

The Director of Sales Operations will be accountable for running day to day operations of Verana’s high performing Sales organization. This is a “hand on” role, designing and implementing sales processes and practices, supporting sales management and sales teams, and assisting in the continued, very rapid growth of Verana. Responsibilities

  • Set up the sales operations process, including software and tools
  • Lead the selection, implementation and optimization of sales productivity tools, procedures and policies
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement Qualifications/Experience
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
  • Lead a pipeline management program across sales to improve quality, volume and velocity of lead flow
  • Help drive strategic planning and capacity analysis for the sales organization

Qualifications

  • Extensive first-hand experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity

Real World Evidence Operations Manager (San Francisco)

We are seeking a Real World Evidence Operations Manager with a dedication to full-cycle customer relationship management.  This role will be both internal and external facing. If you’re able to shift priorities and manage multiple relationships, working in ambiguity, in a fast paced environment, this key role may be a fit for you. Reporting to the Dir, Strategic Alliances and partnering closely with customer success you’ll be owning the customer experience, from initial engagement on.  

Responsibilities

  • Owning all customer-focused projects and the project management platform itself
  • Ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld in addition to producing accurate and timely reporting throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security, and quality. In addition, work with client to ensure successful engagement, at all stages.  
  • Interprets internal or external business issues and assists in identifying solutions/best practices
  • Knowledge of RWE methodology and life science evidence needs
  • Able to take a creative, proactive approach to business development, as well as continually identifying business opportunities with customers
  • Cultivate and own relationships with vendors  

Basic Qualifications 

  • 5+ years’ varied experience in account management, project management, business operations, engagement management, or similar role(s)

Director, Societies (San Francisco)

  • Develop and manage relationships that support the society’s membership with top 5-8 life science partners 
  • Function as a major stakeholder representing providers in the internal product approval and delivery planning process

Basic Requirements 

  • Proactive, analytical relationship management expert      
  • Deep experience launching multi-stakeholder programs

  • Working with societies on developing quality measures that can strengthen MIPS incentives to contribute data
